We're always on the lookout for talented, outgoing individuals to join the team. Some experience would be useful but not as essential as the ability to work well under pressure. Sous Chef
A strong and experienced Sous Chef is wanted to assist the Head Chef in running the busy service in this Gastro Pub. We serve a menu of classic pub dishes with a modern twist, with everything made using fresh produce. This is a busy pub with an excellent local reputation.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for all aspect of assisting the Head Chef running the kitchen, ordering, menu planning, hygiene and safety systems and costing. You will be expected to help train junior staff.

Bar 
We're not looking for any specific experience, but you must be friendly and outgoing and enjoy helping people. We are looking for someone who can commit to about 40 hours each week and we can be quite flexible in fitting the hours around your other commitments.
